Refund policy

ONLINE RETURNS

Buyer must contact Wild Dogwood Mercantile via email (hello@wilddogwood.com) within 7 days of receiving item(s) to request a return and receive mailing instructions. After 7 days, we will not be able to refund or exchange your item. 

Once we’ve received your online return, we will send you an email notifying you of receipt and approval of refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, with the original tags still attached and in the same condition you purchased it in. The item must also be free of stains, odors, and pet hair. If the item is anything other than clothing, it must be in the original packaging and unused.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

All sale/clearance items and jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
